Homecoming Celebrations
Bow High School’s homecoming celebrations were a blast, with field hockey, boys and girls soccer, and football all competing in games. Field hockey, girls soccer, and football all won good games, and boys soccer managed to tie their game.
November 7th, 2025
Bow High School Veterans’ Day Celebration
There was another meeting out by the flagpole for Veterans Day. Mr. Fisk talked about a student of his at Concord High that he later learned died in Iraq. In addition, Brigadier General Allen Aldenberg spoke about the significance of Veterans’ Day.
Bow High School Girls Soccer brings home D2 State Championship
Later that same day, the No. 3 ranked girls soccer team, complete underdogs against a dominant No. 1 Hollis-Brookline team that hadn’t lost since November 1st, 2022 (three years and six days ago), defeated the favorites in the Division II final to win the state championship!
August 27th, 2025
First Day of School!
BHS’ first day of school was August 27th, 2025. The school year began with lots of anticipation from the seniors, the class of 2026, down to the freshmen, the class of 2029. The freshmen class this year was unusually large, about 10-15 kids more than the average size of the other classes.
The first year of advisory brought lots of changes to school scheduling. We started with all school lunch on every advisory day, which was a problem, since many students weren’t able to get their lunches on time.

Bow High School Halloween
In advisory, students participated in the door decoration contest for the first time ever to see which advisory could decorate its door best!
There also was a Halloween costume contest during the following advisory. Students and staff both dressed up as a wide variety of characters and took part in the parade!
January 10, 2026
Bow Bot Bout
Several teams from around New Hampshire and Vermont came to compete at Bow High School’s premium robotics competition, known as the Bow Bot Bout. BHS’ very own team 3773P - Phosphorus won first place in the tournament, alongside team 4886S - String Theory from Thetford, VT.

Bowlympics
BHS’ Bowlympics was once again run by Peer Outreach. In a historic feat, the juniors took first place, over the seniors, sophomores, and freshmen! Traditionally, the seniors will win every year, but this year, the junior class made sure to change that up.

Poetry Out Loud Competition
The annual Bow High School Poetry Out Loud competition took place. Freshman Paige Rabalais received 1st place, sophomore Aleksandra Graham-Binder took 2nd, and freshmen Drew Tilbury and Alicia Johnson tied for third place.
Late February, 2026
Wrestling State Champions
For the third year in a row, the BHS wrestling team came away with the state championship! In addition to the team championship, many members of the team also won individual championships in their respective weight classes.
New England Indoor Track Championships
Senior Gavin Buxton and junior Camden Wilson both competed in the New England Indoor Track and Field championships. Buxton received 18th place in the 55m dash, and Wilson received 5th place in all of New England in the high jump!

BHS Prom
The BHS prom took place at the Manchester Country Club, and the theme for the year was “Golden Gala.” Juniors and seniors took part in the festivities.
