Taters Improv

Advisor: Mr. McKilen

Who: Anyone can join

What: Taters Improv is inspired by “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Auditions are with no script and memberships are determined by how well a student does off-script. It’s like SNL with no script! This is the 3rd year Taters Improv has been active.

When: After school every Thursday. Auditions are at the beginning of the year.

Why: Their goal is to have fun while also raising money for student organizations and programs.

Talon Talk

Advisor: Mr. Dixon

Who: Anyone can join

What: Talon Talk is a media club where students can experiment with different types of media while engaging in conversations.

When: Talon Talk is typically run on Wednesday mornings during Flex, but may vary depending on the subject.

Where: Media Lab in the Library. The podcast can also be found on Amazon Music, Spotify, and YouTube Music.

Why: To promote conversation upon various topics and to explore different kinds of media

SPQR/Latin Club

Advisor: Mr. McKilen

Who: Anyone can join

What: They discuss cultural celebrations of the world, and have a lot of philosophical discussions, as well as food, games, and worthwhile conversations.

When: They meet once a week on Mondays after school

Where: Mr. McKilen’s room (2304)

Why: To talk about the history of Latin plus various other topics and to have fun!
