Boys Basketball
Boys Basketball had an amazing 2024-2025 season. The team had a record of 12-6, rounded off with a 46-31 win against Lebanon High School. This year, the team made it to the quarter finals and played a hard-fought game against Pembroke High. The whole team gave it their all on the court, but two juniors stood out. Junior Jake Reardon scored his 1000th point in a winning game against John Stark. Along with this feat, Jake also made All State and his fellow junior teammate Peyton Larrabee received an honorable mention. With so many highs in this winter season, it's sad to see it come to an end, but the team had a great year and they all can't wait to get back on the court next winter.
Girls Basketball
The Girls Basketball team had a year of great games. The team ended their regular season with a winning 47-31 game against Lebanon High School and a record of 13-5. Bow made it to the playoffs and played a tough game against Coe-Brown. Coach Kate Walsh was named Coach of the Year, and helped bring Bow to their seventh overall spot for D2. Bow also won the holiday tournament, bringing one extra present home for themselves for Christmas. Watching this team, it was undeniable that they were having a great time playing together, and everyone had a great time rooting for them.
E-Sports
This was the first year that Bow has ever had an E-Sports team, and it was quite a season for these new teams. Our powerhouse of a team did amazing in all aspects of their sport but shined in Super Smash Bros. The Bow High School E-Sports Super Smash Bros team was a top ten team, and was home to the best Super Smash Bros player in the state, Carter Monroe. We can't wait to see what this team will grow into in years to come, and we are guaranteed that it will be a team to watch.
Boys Hockey
The Boys Hockey team had an amazing season of milestones for players and coaches. The team had a season of 6-10-2. With a much needed 3-2 win against Windham in their last game of the season, Bow managed to squeeze its way into the tenth seed. Despite being the last seed, the team beat Windham for a third time in their season to make it to the second round. Despite losing to Bishop Guertin, this was the first time that Bow had ever made it to the Quarter Finals. Two other milestones included head coach Tim Walsh’s 300th win and Captain Owen Webber’s 100th career point, which happened just games apart. Captain Owen Webber also made First Team All State and his co-captain Patrik Jurcins made Second Team All State. Along with these two, the team will lose many amazing seniors, but we can’t wait to see what they do in their futures. Bow still has a ton of young players and we can't wait to see them skating next year.
Wrestling
The wrestling team had a year to remember. All of the wrestlers had an amazing year, but one name rings out above the rest: Jacob Todisco Coulon. Both Todisco Coulon brothers brought home state champ titles along with Jackson Hall! Jaron Todisco Coulon and Jackson Hall are both two time winners now, along with our team! Back-to-back state championships is a thing a lot of us thought we would never hear, but don't tell Bow what it can't do. Our team pushed through the doubts and came out on top! An amazing way to end our year, but one question still remains: can we go for three?
Alpine Skiing
The boys ski team had a strange year, not having a single senior or junior and only two sophomores. The team seemed without leadership. Nevertheless, the team did exceptionally, placing second at the Capital Cup. With all the snow we got this year, we’re sure they had a blast riding down the slopes! The girls ski team did amazing as well, placing second at the Capital Cup, and coming fourth in the state! The team was filled with great skiers; Madelyn Hebert even made it to the Meet of Champions where she competed with the best skiers around! To round out their season, the Alpine ski team had a winter filled with cold downhill rides, speedy trips down the mountain, and a whole lot of fun!
Cheer
The Bow Falcons high school cheerleading team had an exceptional performance at the state tournament with an impressive routine, placing them as the runner-ups after a hard fought competition. In addition to the team's achievements, senior Madison Desrosiers was honored to have won the Falcon award with her outstanding leadership skills and commitment to the team. Overall it was a great season to remember and we’ll be looking forward to next year.
Swimming
The Bow Falcon high school swimming team had a great season finishing 3rd in Division 2 and is looking forward to coming back strong next year. An exceptional athlete on the team, Lena Thompson, played a large role in the team's success, winning two state championship titles with her exceptional skills. Her hard work and leadership also resulted in her being awarded with the prestigious Falcon award. All in all, they had impressive team performances and personal victories, and the team had an amazing season.
Track
This year the Falcon track team had an outstanding season, with multiple athletes setting records and winning awards. Kody McCrame had the 300-meter record, showcasing his speed and determination. In addition to his record, Kody was also awarded the Falcon award, recognizing his leadership and talent. Joining Kody in winning the Falcon award is Emily Fauteaux. This award is a testament to her hard work and commitment to the team. Hannah Pawlowski is another notable athlete on the team who set the 600-meter record, solidifying her place as one of the team’s top performers. The achievements from these athletes, along with those of their teammates, demonstrated both individual brilliance and collective strength, making this a season to remember.
Nordic
Bow High School's Nordic ski team had an amazing season and was lucky enough to celebrate the outstanding achievements of both Makaylie Laws and Jack Kohl. These two have been honored to receive the Falcon award this season because of their hard work, dedication, and leadership. Congratulations again to Jack and Makaylie for this well-deserved award.
Girls Hockey
The Brinity Falcons hockey team had an impressive debut season, making a run in the playoffs to the semifinals in their first year of competing. Their performance this season was nothing short of a remarkable showcase of teamwork and resilience throughout the season. Among the standout players was Bow’s very own Kaylee Jacques, who was one of the team's top goal scorers and overall contributors to the team. Despite falling just short of the championship, their first season has set a high bar for future years.
