Advice to Freshmen: It’s completely okay to not know what you want to do, or feel that you like a lot of things! Instead, just try to get more involved with activities that you already enjoy. Often, you find passion in doing something instead of passion randomly finding you.

Advice to Freshmen: Your friends will change. You will likely not have the same group of friends coming in as you do going out. Remember that the friends you lose does not reflect on you or your personality, it’s just a part of growing up

Advice to Freshmen: Even though you might be scared to, try new things and explore outside of your comfort zone. This is the time to grow and explore what you like. One of the best decisions I made in high school was joining Nordic, a sport I knew absolutely nothing about freshman year and was a bit nervous to try.

Advice to Freshmen: Don’t take anything for granted. Your time in high school will fly by, so make sure you’re focusing your attention on things that make you feel happy and fulfilled.
