Why did you decide to work at Bow High School?
"I decided to work at BHS for a number of reasons. I live in Dunbarton and have 2 children that attend Dunbarton Elementary. We love living in the Bow/Dunbarton community and when the opportunity for the school nursing position arose, I decided to apply in order to be on the same schedule as my children and maximize the time with my family as well as support the needs of students within this community."
What are you passionate about?
"My true passion is hospice care- I find that ensuring comfort and dignity at the end of life is incredibly important. I am passionate about advocating for patients in the medical field, as it can be particularly difficult to navigate."
What is your favorite thing about working here at Bow High School?
"My favorite thing about working at the high school so far has by far been interacting with the students and staff. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming, and it truly has been a wonderful environment to work in."
What motivated you to be in the medical field?
"I knew I enjoyed helping others and had to decide on a major in college. My best friend was also going into the nursing program, so 1 decided I would as well."
Where did you go for your past schooling?
"Wright State University in Ohio."

Why did you decide to work at Bow High School?
"I went to Bow High School and graduated in 2003. This is the one place I could see myself coming back to after graduating."
What is your favorite thing about working here at Bow High School?
"The community. Both the student body and faculty. They are very supportive and feel like a community."
What are you passionate about?
"Books. I set a goal for myself every year. My goal is to read 95 books this year, and I like to find a book for everyone and read a variety of genres."
What motivated you to be in the education field?
"I had some great teachers. Mrs. DeAngelis and Ms. Pauer made me love English."
Where did you go for your past schooling?
"I started at Elmira College, and got my bachelors and masters at UNH, then continued at UNE to do my CAGS."
